Your Responsibilities
- You will translate certification, customer, and regulatory requirements into operational practice—in close collaboration with Production and Sales—and ensure that all external requirements are clearly integrated into the QMS and are understood and implemented on-site
- You will continuously evaluate and review changes (gap analysis), identify new requirements early on, and use this information to derive targeted adjustments to the QMS
- You will identify areas with potential for improvement in compliance and develop concrete action plans for implementation
- You are responsible for the design and continuous optimization of core QM systems (e.g., HACCP, internal audit program, supplier qualification, nonconformance/CAPA, and complaint management)
- You will contribute to the development of customized training programs for various departments and ensure that employees understand internal guidelines and are informed about new requirements, developments, and changes to QMS guidelines
Your Profile
- A successfully completed degree in food technology, (food) chemistry, bioprocess engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in quality management, ideally in a role involving extensive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in the implementation and further development of GFSI standards (particularly IFS Food and/or FSSC 22000) as well as HACCP systems is mandatory
- Experience in conducting gap analyses and implementing regulatory and normative requirements into operational processes
- An analytical, structured, and self-directed approach to work, as well as experience in project and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong affinity for digital solutions and data-driven optimization approaches
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and relevant analysis and statistical tools
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level) are required
