Your Responsibilities
Independently setting up, operating, and cleaning the machines and packaging equipment
Processing orders independently (entering data into the ERP system, maintaining quality records)
Format changes/format conversions and in-process controls (tablet properties, CCP checks)
Ensuring smooth shift handoffs as well as cross-shift coordination and communication
Compliance with IFS Food and the quality management system requirements
Adherence to and enforcement of occupational, environmental, and equipment safety guidelines
Assistance in ensuring compliance with relevant legal and company regulations
Training and technical supervision of production assistants
Your Qualifications
Vocational or technical training with experience operating machinery
Experience as a machine operator is desirable
Knowledge of production processes at a food manufacturing company is an asset
Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system) and on Saturdays
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Strong sense of responsibility
Good written and spoken German
Knowledge of an ERP system is desirable
