For our European headquarters in Eislingen near Stuttgart, we are seeking a
Sales Manager / Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
to strengthen our sales team.
Your Responsibilities—Strategic, Exciting, and Impactful
In this key position of great responsibility, you will systematically expand our business relationships with leading companies in the food retail sector. You will serve as the central point of contact between customers and the company and actively drive innovative solutions in the areas of theft prevention and store security.
The main focus of your work will be:
- Comprehensive support and strategic development of our key accounts in the food retail sector, particularly in the DACH region, but also across Europe
- Acquiring new projects and expanding existing business volumes
- Positioning our company as the preferred solution partner
- Responsibility for proposal processes, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Managing complex rollout projects (e.g., comprehensive security solutions in store networks)
- Analysis of vulnerabilities in the areas of merchandise security and theft prevention at the client’s sites
- Monitoring market and competitive developments in the retail security sector
- Supporting implementation projects (e.g., on-site installation of security systems)
- Participation in industry events, trade shows, and customer events
- Regular reporting and forecasting

Your Profile
- Successfully completed (dual) degree program (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering) or equivalent successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- At least 5–7 years of experience in key account management in the food retail, security, or technology sectors
- Substantial sales experience with complex solutions that require explanation—ideally in the food retail sector
- Technical understanding of security or IT solutions is a plus
- CRM knowledge is desirable
- Proficiency with standard IT systems, including Microsoft 365
- Strong willingness to take initiative and develop new ideas
- The ability to work in a structured manner and organize oneself is required
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region, with the potential for travel throughout Europe
