- You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in real estate, preferably with a focus on retail/commercial real estate and related to expansion
- With your enthusiasm and passion for real estate development, you have already achieved success in this field throughout your professional career
- Communication is your top priority—your confident and persuasive demeanor gives you the necessary edge in negotiations
- You know how to engage with diverse audiences: your empathetic approach helps you connect quickly and meaningfully with those you interact with
- If you also have a strong willingness to travel and hold a Class B driver’s license, you’ll be a great fit for us and the role
