During your 24-month trainee program, you’ll be part of our forward-looking engineering projects at the Solingen plant and actively help shape them. With the guidance of a mentor, you’ll learn about the exciting tasks related to technology and cross-functional roles. • You’ll gain valuable experience in the field of technology at our production site in Solingen and also get a behind-the-scenes look at our other HARIBO facilities
• After your comprehensive training, you will take on your own automation technology projects, coordinating and managing processes to support our technical management
• At the same time, you’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations from the start and will always be in close contact with your team
• With your analytical skills, you will drive the optimization of our processes with dedication

• A college degree or a state-certified technician qualification in the field of automation technology (preferably) as the foundation of your knowledge
• Very good technical understanding and initial practical experience in the field of automation technology
• Knowledge of CAD and automation technology
• A responsible and independent work style combined with a hands-on approach to drive tasks and projects forward
• Proficiency in MS Office rounds out the package
