We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager (m/f/d) with regional key account responsibility for Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria to start as soon as possible.

Impactful Responsibilities

  • As Retail Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and coach a team of 9 District Managers (m/f/d)
  • In your leadership role, you will be responsible for the professional development and training of your team members
  • You will be responsible for providing optimal support to customers, retail outlets, and beverage wholesalers with regard to product assortment, distribution, placement, and visibility of the VELTINS brand worlds
  • You will independently manage regional key account customers
  • In this role, you will independently plan and be responsible for conducting annual reviews with your customers in accordance with the approved sales strategy
  • The decision-makers in food retail, beverage retail, and beverage wholesalers are your key contacts, with whom you maintain regular communication
  • You will organize sales meetings for your team and represent the brewery at trade fairs

Skills and Personality

  • A completed vocational training program or a degree (in business or economics)—ideally with a focus on retail
  • Several years of professional expertise in retail and sales, ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as a convincing personality with an authentic and confident demeanor
  • With your collaborative leadership style, you empower your employees through trust and by delegating responsibility
  • Your actions are guided by the needs of our customers and the brewery’s sales strategy
  • You make bold decisions and are willing to take unconventional approaches when necessary
  • A structured and responsible work ethic rounds out your profile
  • You are willing to travel and reside in the sales territory mentioned above
