- In the context of a succession appointment, we are seeking a strong marketing leader (m/f/d) who combines classic brand management, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making at the highest level
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for Consumer Marketing Germany; leading a large, high-performing marketing organization with over 50 employees
- Strategic brand management and future-oriented development of marketing, as well as performance-oriented marketing excellence
- Responsibility for brand architecture, brand values, sustainable brand value enhancement, and growth across the entire ecosystem
- Consistent design of the customer journey and alignment of marketing toward a digital-first approach without sacrificing traditional brand communication
- Strategic planning and management of media budgets (traditional & digital) while further developing modern management approaches
- Building modern marketing competencies and skills within the team, particularly through the use of AI and data-driven marketing
- Active member of the extended German executive management team and close collaboration with international and national interfaces and committees

YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in senior marketing roles at leading FMCG companies or innovative, sustainable brand manufacturers, with responsibility for medium to large teams
- Excellence in brand strategy, in-depth experience in brand management for A-brands and dynamic brands, as well as expertise in media strategies and planning
- A strong passion for innovation, expertise in digital marketing processes and communication, including AI approaches
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach, coupled with a strong drive for development and creativity
- A motivating, communicative, and strong-leadership personality with high creativity and clear analytical skills
- Successful degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
