Marketing Manager, Cheese *

Your Responsibilities

Managing and developing the Cheese business category while taking market, consumer, and competitive requirements into account
Analyzing category, market, and consumer trends and deriving concrete recommendations for the product range, product concepts, and innovations
Close collaboration with Product Development and Central Marketing in the development of new products and the further development of existing product ranges
Initiating and overseeing product and innovation projects from concept to market launch
Developing product-specific content and value propositions for packaging, product presentation, and marketing
Alignment and coordination of packaging and design developments with internal and external stakeholders
Technical leadership of a small team
Supporting the further development of the Cheese Division within the MEGGLE brand

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience in product, category, or marketing management within the food industry or the FMCG sector
Ideally, in-depth knowledge of the cheese market as well as an understanding of consumer needs, product range design, and product concepts
Experience in the development and refinement of (cheese) products and corresponding product portfolios
Ability to translate market and consumer insights into concrete recommendations for product development and marketing
A structured and pragmatic approach to work, with a high degree of initiative and strong execution skills
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and small teams
Willingness to be regularly present at the Aurich location
Excellent German and English language skills
