In Germany, we have two locations: With our sales team in Planegg/Munich, we’re shaking up the German market for juice and tea beverages and have been on a steep growth trajectory for years. At our production facility in Baruth, we bottle beverages for the domestic and international markets using some of the most innovative technical equipment in the world.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT BRAVO - YOUR JOB
- Development and implementation of the SCM strategy for the RAUCH Baruth site in coordination with management and the corporate group
- Responsibility for all subsystems of the supply chain, from procurement, work preparation, and production planning through to materials management, as well as all warehouse and logistics processes—both internal and external
- Management of the entire flow of goods from goods receipt to delivery
- Responsibility for all contract and procurement management
- Analysis and optimization of SCM processes related to our beverage production—with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability
- Planning and management of investment projects
- Further development of our technical and digital systems in the SCM area
- Designing the employee-related organizational structure and operational processes while taking operational requirements into account
- Compliance with and consistent implementation of internal processes, work instructions, and relevant standards
- Motivating and supporting your employees as well as setting shared goals
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE – YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in supply chain management—ideally in the food or beverage industry
- Knowledge of production processes and their requirements
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, warehouse logistics, as well as purchasing and inventory management
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Leadership skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of reliability
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Business-level German and very good English skills
