We are a medium-sized, owner-managed family business with two locations in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. We have been developing and producing packaging solutions made of wood, corrugated cardboard and plastic since 1920. In our three plants, we stand for quality, service and efficient implementation.

LEAD & SHAPE
Your tasks:
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire sales area
- Supporting key accounts and expanding existing customer relationships
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Responsibility for pricing as well as sales and margin targets
- Acquiring new customers and developing new market segments
- Forecasts, budgets and reporting for management
- Market and competition analyses and strategic measures
- Optimization of quotations and sales processes
- Coordination of strategic goals with the management
- Advising management and executives on sales issues
- Setting targets in personnel management, development and deployment planning
- Close cooperation with production, planning, development and logistics
CREATE GROWTH
Your profile:
- Commercial or technical degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in sales, ideally in the corrugated board, packaging or paper industry
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is also desirable
- Strong market and customer orientation
- Affinity for technical products and production processes
- Confident manner, negotiating skills, strong communication skills and integrity
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Confident MS Office skills
- German and business fluent English skills are required
