Your tasks:
In your area of responsibility, you will be the interface between our food retail customers, primarily in German-speaking countries, and our Key Account Management team.

- Customer acquisition from exploring the market to initial contact,
- Ensuring a good flow of information between external sales partners and internal departments
- Preparing presentations and sales evaluations
- Processing expansion plans
- Contract negotiations and contract management support
- New openings and closures of partner stores
- Ensuring operational processes.
- You will be responsible for preparing sales information (e.g. turnover, delivery dates, promotions and location analyses) and ensuring that all interfaces receive the necessary information.
- You will regularly take part in meetings with our external sales partners or internal specialist departments, for example steering calls.
- You will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of various meetings and for sending the meeting minutes to the relevant stakeholders.
- You are the backbone of the team, keep all the threads together and actively support internal projects.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies (in the commercial, organizational or international field) or comparable professional training.
- Ideally, you have some work experience (e.g. through internships) in an international company.
- You are an Excel pro and love creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Due to the international nature of our company, a very good command of English is a must.
- Attention to detail is in your blood. You love to work independently and in a structured manner.
