We are looking for support as Sales Manager Retail (m/f/d) with regional key account responsibility for Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria at the earliest possible date.

Tasks with impact

  • As Sales Manager Retail (m/f/d) you will lead and coach a team of 9 District Managers (m/f/d)
  • In your management position, you will be responsible for the further development and qualification of your employees
  • you will be responsible for providing optimum support to customers, outlets and beverage wholesalers with regard to the product range, distribution, placement and visibility of the VELTINS brand worlds
  • You will be responsible for looking after regional key account customers
  • In the role to be filled, you will be responsible for independent planning and conducting annual meetings with your customers in accordance with the approved sales strategy
  • The decision-makers in LEH/GAM/GFGH are your contacts, with whom you maintain regular contact
  • You will organize sales meetings for your team and represent the brewery at trade fairs

Skills and personality

  • Completed training or a (business) degree - ideally related to the retail sector
  • Several years of professional expertise in retail and sales, ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Strong communication and argumentation skills as well as a convincing personality with an authentic and confident manner
  • With your cooperative management style, you strengthen your employees through your trust and the transfer of responsibility
  • Your actions are geared towards the needs of our customers and the brewery's sales strategy
  • You make bold decisions and are prepared to take unconventional paths when necessary
  • A structured and responsible way of working rounds off your profile
  • You are willing to travel and live in the above-mentioned sales area
