Sales Manager Region East (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Independent support and further development of the Eastern sales region in the area of frozen delicatessen products for the bulk consumer and food service sector
- Implementation of regional sales and turnover strategies for sustainable market development
- Carrying out customer visits, annual meetings and price and contract negotiations
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding long-term business relationships with existing and new customers
- Actively supporting and advising customers on the product range
- Independent planning, coordination, preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
Your profile, qualifications and skills
- Completed studies with a focus on economics or commercial training with relevant professional experience and comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in sales/field sales, preferably in the food, frozen food or catering sector
- Strong sales skills and a confident manner when advising customers and conducting negotiations
- High customer and service orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and high self-motivation
