We are looking for you full-time for the Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe GmbH & Co KGaA at the Munich-Langwied site as
Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d)
at the earliest possible date
Your tasks:
- Optimization and further development of production processes
- Active promotion of improvement measures in the CIP process
- Introduction and anchoring of new processes and methods in the supply chain organization
- Development of strategies for process and interface optimization
- Systematic identification of optimization potential to improve operational KPIs using lean methods
- Initiating and monitoring data-supported decision-making processes to measure improvements and identify optimization opportunities
- Knowledge transfer and support in the practical implementation of improvement measures
- Cross-functional collaboration to solve problems, share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Your profile:
- Completed studies or master's degree in FMCG (ideally food technology or brewing)
- Several years of professional experience in operational excellence, process optimization or a related field (food or beverage manufacturing preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of various management methods such as TPM, CIP, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Sound IT knowledge in dealing with process control systems as well as basic knowledge of SAP/ERP and MES
- Strong ability to work in a team and enjoy cross-departmental collaboration
- High motivation and willingness to take on responsibility and actively drive issues forward
- Professional and open communication that contributes to successful cooperation and coordination between departments
- Willingness to travel for several days to all Paulaner Brewery Group locations
