We, Milchwerke Schwaben eG, are a Bavarian-Baden-Württemberg cooperative that builds on over 100 years of tradition and community. As a medium-sized and internationally active dairy, we are a leading supplier of natural and fruit yogurt in the 800g and 1,000g cup range.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE:
- Taking full responsibility for a key account in stationary retail and/or discount stores with national and also international business for the brand and private label
- Conducting annual meetings, tenders and coordination with internal interfaces
- Managing the product portfolio in the white and yellow segment with simultaneous, profit-oriented further development of the product ranges, taking category, customer and value creation potential into account
- Promoting product portfolio optimizations and innovations in close cooperation with sales management
- monitoring and managing customer performance on the basis of KPis
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Degree in business administration or comparable commercial training, ideally professional experience as a KAM in FMCG, ideally from MoPro or other large food segments
- Knowledge of the structures and processes in stationary retail and/or discount stores
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
