As part of its strategic growth, the company is opening up new sales channels with new brands and thus further expanding its stable market position.

Your tasks
- Management of sales, marketing and product development with responsibility for results as well as support for selected top key accounts
- Management, development and digitalization of the sales team including planning and reporting
- Development of a future-oriented sales strategy for existing and new sales channels and its implementation by opening up new customers and sales channels
- Providing impetus for new concepts and product developments
Your profile
- Sound sales and management experience in the food/convenience sector for retail, food service and industry
- Dynamic and empathetic sales and management personality with can-do qualities
- Confident knowledge of English for communication at European level
- Willingness to be regularly present on site in combination with remote working
