Overall Area Manager (m/f/d) Financial Accounting
These are your tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary management of our financial accounting team at the administrative locations in Dortmund and Lingen
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as consolidated group financial statements (HGB)
- Managing liquidity, cash pooling and financing investments, M&A and leasing
- Coordination of tax issues and support with tax audits
- Investment management and participation in M&A, due diligence and PMI projects
- Management and collaboration in transformation and digitalization projects (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, process harmonization)
This is how you convince us:
- Degree in economics or comparable qualification (e.g. accountant IHK)
- several years of professional and management experience in finance and accounting
- Sound knowledge of accounting, consolidation (HGB) as well as liquidity and financing management
- Experience in M&A, investment management and in the development of ICS/risk management is an advantage
- Very good SAP knowledge (R/3 / ECC or S/4HANA)
- Leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and affinity for change
