- As part of a realignment of the company, we are looking for the new Head of Operations / Supply Chain (m/f/d)
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Responsibility for the Operations / Supply Chain division with the main areas of planning, finished goods / procurement logistics, strat. Purchasing, digital transformation, IT
- Ensuring international customer supply and global procurement of goods with corresponding quantity planning
- Economic optimization of the supply chain, monitoring, optimization of inventories, incl. communication and coordination of processes between sales, marketing, purchasing & logistics
- Management of external warehouse & forwarding service providers and management of strategic projects in the supply chain area
- Monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving measures
- Management of employees, continuous development of top performers and efficient organizational development

YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant professional experience in the management of supply chain functions, ideally in the manufacturing food industry
- "State-of-the-art knowledge of SCM core processes, especially in the area of S&OP and relevant interface communication
- Practical experience in the optimization of structures & processes as well as the implementation of change initiatives
- convincing personal appearance, structured, assertive, hands-on and people-centered
- Experienced in IT and used to working with system-supported tools, complemented by an openness & affinity for AI
- Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics / supply chain management or comparable training and qualification
