Focus on private label product specifications
permanent position / full-time / experienced professional
Your tasks
- You will work actively in the Product Management team and take on product-specific tasks within the scope of the dennree Group's own brand.
- The food law review of product specifications is just as much a part of your area of responsibility as the coordination of specifications with private label suppliers.
- You will be involved in the creation and review of declaration texts for the packaging of private label products.
- You will be responsible for drawing up quality requirements for new products and existing products as part of tenders.
- You will carry out regular competitor research to compare and evaluate new/existing private label products.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a food-specific course of study such as food management, ecotrophology, nutritional science or comparable training and further education. Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience.
- You also have a sound knowledge of food law, sensory analysis and nutrition and ideally have a good knowledge of organic regulations and the guidelines of growers' associations.
- Your strengths include an independent and reliable way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and organizational skills.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications and have a good command of English.
- A high level of motivation, initiative, teamwork and communication skills round off your profile.
