Sales Manager (m/f/d) LEH
Your tasks
- As Sales Manager, you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the entire sales of brand and private label products.
You will further develop the market position, manage the key accounts and build sustainable customer relationships in national and international retail. - Developing and implementing a holistic sales and go-to-market strategy for food retailers, discount stores, organic chain stores, wholesalers and exports
- Strategic support and further development of key accounts including annual meetings, price negotiations, listings and promotions
- Responsible for pricing, calculations and margin management (incl. scenario and export calculations)
- Creating sales forecasts and planning promotions and campaign quantities in close coordination with production and purchasing (S&OP)
- Setting up efficient sales processes, KPI-supported reporting and further development of CRM and ERP structures
- Leading, developing and coaching a high-performance sales team, including target definition and performance reviews
- Strategic customer and resource management to ensure sustainable profitability
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies or commercial training with a focus on sales, retail or FMCG
- Several years of experience in food or confectionery sales in the food retail sector
- Proven success in key account management and price negotiations
- Experience in leading sales teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High affinity for numbers and strong calculation skills
- Confident handling of Excel, CRM and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel and very good knowledge of German and ideally English
