Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Customer responsibility: strategic support of defined key accounts in the food retail, drugstore and/or discount environment
- Responsibility for results: management of turnover, sales, contribution margin and customer budget
- Negotiation management: independent management of annual and promotional talks
- Brand implementation: Implementation of the brand and marketing strategy at the POS
- Assortment management: Responsibility for assortment development (new and discontinued products/launches/promotions)
- Analysis & planning: in-depth evaluation of market, sales and customer data (forecasting/sales/promotion planning)
- Interface management: close cooperation with marketing, SCM, controlling, customer service and field service
- Brand representation & relationship management: Professional and sustainable positioning of our company and our brands in direct customer contact – including regular personal presence at customer appointments

Your profile
- Academic basis: Completed business studies or comparable commercial qualification
- Key account expertise: Several years of experience in key account management for branded goods in the FMCG environment, ideally in the home and/or personal care markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Strong sense of sales, contribution margin and budget responsibility as well as a clear focus on closing deals
- Strong negotiating skills: Assertive and cooperative in annual, price, condition and campaign discussions
- Market & analysis expertise: Sound understanding of market, competition and KPI analyses with data-based decision-making
- Assortment & action competence: Experience in distribution, assortment management, action planning and forecasting
- Confidence & resilience: Confidentappearance, high resilience and professional presence
