Overall Sales Manager National & International (m/f/d)

Your place at UNIFERM:

  • Responsibility and development of the entire sales organization with the areas of national sales, export (DACH, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe regions), customer service, key account management and support for our subsidiary
    in Poland
  • Management, motivation and further development of an area of responsibility with 5 direct reports and 100 employees
  • Responsibility for achieving sales and turnover targets, definition, implementation and further development of the existing and future sales and marketing strategy
  • Observation of national and international markets and identification of new business potential, including derivation of new sales measures
  • Optimization of sales processes and structures
  • Working closely with management and relevant national and international interfaces and using our key performance indicator systems as a central management tool
  • Representing the company to customers, partners and on relevant industry platforms

Your ingredients for a perfect application:

  • Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
  • 10 years of experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector of the food or ingredients industry, including at least 5 years as a sales manager
  • Proven success in sales, preferably with branded B2B sales of food raw materials/ingredients or baked goods as well as experience in business development
  • Confident handling of key figures, sales management and CRM systems
  • Experience in the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing measures
  • Leadership personality with clear, motivating communication and enjoy developing teams
  • High customer orientation, analytical strength and a structured, practical way of working
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creative drive and willingness to take responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Down-to-earth, hands-on personality with optimism and persuasiveness
