Your tasks
- Establishment and further development of the consumer and HCP CRM ecosystem incl. segmentation, journeys and lifecycle marketing
- Conception, management and performance measurement of paid social campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok) as an integral part of the CRM and campaign strategy
- translation of brand and campaign strategies into data-driven, personalized CRM programs
- Development of target groups that can be activated
- Operational implementation and optimization of the annual campaign calendar for conversion, engagement and ROI
- Managing external agencies and technology partners with clear implementation responsibility
- Ensuring GDPR-compliant consent and consent processes
- Measurement and control of central CRM KPIs
You have these requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in the planning, implementation and performance optimization of paid social campaigns (incl. KPI tracking, attribution and budget management).
- Experience with e-commerce-related CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Klaviyo in conjunction with Shopify) and paid social platforms and advertising systems (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics)
- Very good analytical and digital understanding as well as a strong ROI orientation
- Experience in working with agencies and operational implementation strength
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Hybrid working model possible after consultation
