Organic is booming! Our customer, Gläserne Molkerei, is a leading milk processor in the organic sector and, with around 120 employees, produces specialties such as organic hay milk and an exclusive range of organic cheeses. At its two sites in Münchehofe (Brandenburg) and Dechow (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), the company processes around 100 million kg of organic milk annually into various cheese specialties, drinking milk, butter, yogurt and other dairy products.
Project Manager (PMO) (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- You will assume overall responsibility for strategically relevant major projects and set up an autonomous project organization
- You put together interdisciplinary project teams and lead them professionally
- You define project goals, prioritize work packages and manage milestones and workstreams
- You ensure that projects are implemented on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- You recognize risks and conflicts at an early stage, initiate appropriate measures and make the necessary decisions
- You plan and moderate project and TMO meetings and ensure clear communication structures
- You report transparently to all relevant stakeholders and ensure constructive collaboration
Your profile
- Completed further training as a dairy technician, dairy master / food technician or a degree in food technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Ideally additional further training in project management (e.g. PMO, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment - preferably in the food or dairy industry
- Good understanding of production and processes (e.g. milk processing, fermentation, drying) as well as experience in the implementation or optimization of production lines
- Practical experience in project management (classic and/or agile) and in managing interdisciplinary project teams
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
- Willingness to be regularly present at both locations - depending on the respective project status
