Area Sales Manager – Retail (f/m/d)
– Full-time – Remote – With professional experience – 11.01.2026 – 15 Frankfurt (Oder),/Berlin
What you can look forward to:
You will be responsible for the distribution of our core brands Berentzen, Puschkin and Mio Mio in the German food retail sector.
You will fulfill the following tasks to achieve the defined KPIs:
- Implementing marketing strategies and exploiting market potential
- Fundamental assurance of delivery to the customer (direct/indirect delivery route, customer’s ZL/GFGH)
- Actively influencing order quantities at the POS and avoiding out-of-stock situations
- Optimal implementation of listings and key account promotion agreements
- Implementation of secondary placement and other promotional agreements at the POS
- Participation in trade fairs and meetings
- Competition monitoring

What we would be pleased about:
- Completed commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience
- Sound knowledge of the structures of the LEH
- Residence in the sales area
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
