Production Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Technical, disciplinary and organizational management and leadership of our production team
- Planning, monitoring and continuous improvement of our production processes
- Creating and managing staff deployment and vacation plans for production employees
- Support and collaboration in the development of new products
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations as well as HACCP and IFS standards
- Carrying out exciting projects to further develop our production department
- Inventory controls and analysis of stock shortages in the ERP system
- Ensuring that orders are completed on time
- Analysis and optimization of internal processes and workflows
- Creating analyses and evaluations of production data
Your profile:
- Craftsman training as a butcher with further training as a master butcher, specialist in food technology with a focus on meat or a degree in food technology
- Sound knowledge of raw sausage production desirable
- Relevant professional experience in management positions in the meat products or delicatessen industry, including motivated team leaders, shift managers, deputy production and operations managers
- Experience in working with ERP systems
- Independent and autonomous way of working
- Your strengths include reliability, flexibility, enthusiasm, high motivation and team spirit
