We are looking for you to further strengthen the dedicated management team on this path and to relieve the CEO.
Your tasks
- Sound experience in the financial management of a medium-sized manufacturing company
- Strong controlling skills with regard to production, pricing and conditions
- Proven experience in transformation processes and in setting up reliable financial processes (BI, reporting, KPI culture)
- Matrix and stakeholder competence with strong communication skills
- Strong hands-on attitude and fluent English (required)
Your profile
- As a member of the central management team, you will lead the finance team and assume responsibility for finance, accounting, reporting and IT as a sparring partner for the CEO
- You design future financial strategies and forward-looking financial planning
- You will create a modern KPI culture with forecasting and working capital optimization and develop your team into a proactive business partner for sales, purchasing and logistics
