- The company has been developing positively for years and generates sales in the 3-digit million euro range with around 250 employees at two locations

- As part of a replacement, we are now looking for an agile KAM PLB (m/f/d) who, as a project manager with CatMan-based argumentation, is to open up further potential with existing and new customers in the PLB sector
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Full responsibility for the retail business in national and international business with PLB ranges
- Leading tenders and coordination with internal interfaces
- Profit-oriented further development of PLB ranges, taking into account category, customer and value creation potential
- Driving innovation and product portfolio optimization in close cooperation with the Category Management, Product Development, Marketing and Operations departments
- Systematic development of new customer business
- Carrying out market, competition and product range analyses and deriving potentials

YOUR PROFILE
- Detailed knowledge of how the retail business works, including the options to drive international business via discounters
- Several years of professional experience as a KAM for PLB ranges in FMCG
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with expertise in multi-stage price negotiations and the corresponding argumentation
- Mastery of the processes and methodologies in the modern PLB business, also in the sense of a project manager
- Experience in working with the typical PLB interfaces, such as product development, product management, etc.
- convincing appearance, with enthusiasm and motivation
- Degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
- Very good MS Office skills and business fluent English
