Your tasks
- Strengthening strategic purchasing expertise including negotiation skills in all categories (excluding meat)
- Professional and disciplinary management, coaching and further development of employees
- Establishing standardized purchasing, scheduling and inventory processes including transparent reporting
- Deriving savings, service and quality targets
- Close cooperation with related departments such as Production/Technology, Controlling, Development and QM/QA
- Prospective succession of the purchasing management
Your profile
- Sound experience in strategic and operational purchasing within the food or FMCG industry
- Sound ERP expertise, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- High level of understanding of workflows/processes in food or FMCG production
- Entrepreneurial go-getter with a strong hands-on mentality
- Problem-solving awareness and commitment
